Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether compensation has an effect on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Sampling used in this study was the Non-Probability sampling method and the type of sampling used saturated sampling, the number of samples studied was 48 respondents. The analytical tool used with the help of SPSS 25.00 Software. The research that has been done has concluded that Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Compensation has no effect on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
