Abstract
This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, and Workload on Employee Performance of PT. Bridgestone Division I Afdeling C. The influences to be known are direct or indirect influences. This type of research is
quantitative. This study used 35 employees of PT. Bridgestone division I afdeling c. The first hypothesis proposed states that the accepted hypothesis means that the Work Environment (X1) partially affects employee performance. The second
hypothesis proposed states that the accepted hypothesis means that Job Satisfaction (X2) partially affects employee performance. The third hypothesis proposed states
that the hypothesis is rejected, meaning that partial workload (X3) has no effect on employee performance. Based on results of the simultaneous test fourth hypothesis
is accepted, meaning that the work environment, job satisfaction and workload have an influence together. (simultaneous) on employee performance variables.
