PENGARUH PENGAWASAN DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN MOTIVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Darmasindo Intikaret)

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of (1) supervision on motivation (2) work experience on motivation (3) monitoring on employee performance (4) work experience on employee performance (5) motivation on employee performance (6) monitoring of employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable (7) work experience on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable. This study uses quantitative research methods that aim to analyze how the relationship between one variable and another variable. The population of this study are all employees
of PT. Darmasindo Intikaret is part of the production division, which has 40 employees. The sampling technique uses a census technique that makes all members of the population a research sample. data collection method using a questionnaire. analytical tools used: instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and path analysis using SPSS Version
25. The results of this study indicate that supervision has an effect on motivation, work experience has an effect on employee performance, supervision has an effect on employee performance, work experience influences employee performance,
motivation influences employee performance, and based on the path analysis results it is found that motivation cannot mediate the influence of supervision on employee performance and also cannot mediate work experience on employee
performance.
