Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening
variable (case study of employees at the PT. Socfindo Kebun Matapao office). The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 25.00. The sample for this research was 34 respondents, namely employees of the PT. Socfindo Kebun Matapao office. The sampling technique for this research uses a saturated sampling total. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. The results of this research are 1) organizational culture has an effect on employee performance, 2) work environment has no effect on employee performance, 3) organizational culture has an effect on employee job satisfaction, 4) work environment has an effect on employee job satisfaction, 5) job satisfaction has an effect on performance employees, 6) job satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, 7) job satisfaction can mediate
the relationship between the work environment and employee performance.
