Sosialisasi Strategi Peran Guru Dalam Menciptakan Disiplin dan Berakhlak Mulia bagi Siswa di Pasantren Darussalam Guntur Batubara

The purpose of this PKM activity is to create students who are disciplined and have noble character, so that they can be expected as the next generation in leading the nation. The four activities are at the Guntur Batubara Darussalam Islamic Boarding School. The results of this activity have provided education to teachers and students about the problems that occur in an effort to create teacher and student discipline. This activity received a positive response from PKM participants, namely teachers and students, so that there was a determination to create an education system that was disciplined and had noble character. Then from this activity it is known that strategies that can be carried out by teachers in creating discipline and noble character for students at the Darussalam Guntur Coal Islamic Boarding School are generally carried out with several strategies including: a) Forming one teacher assistant / daily supervisor according to the ideal student capacity, such as one sub dormitory; b) Carrying out an individual approach, namely by giving advice to students; c) Calling or conveying student problems to parents and asking for help providing advice regarding the issues presented; d) Forming a WA group between guardian teachers and parents of students with the aim of being a forum for conveying student progress, problems that occur and other things that are deemed necessary related to students.
