PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PADA PEGAWAI BADAN KESATUAN BANGSA DAN POLITIK KOTA TEBING TINGGI

This research aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Employees of the National Unity and Political Agency of Tebing Tinggi City. The population in this study were all employees of the National and Political Unity Agency of Tebing Tinggi City, namely 30 people. Sampling was done with the Total Sample Technique. The data source in this study comes from primary data, namely from the results of questionnaires filled out directly by respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis in the SPSS version 25.00 application. Analysis methods used instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that Organizational Culture has an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the Work Environment has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, then Organizational Culture and the Work Environment simultaneously affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
