PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PABRIK ROTI GEPENG ZB

This study aims to determine the Effect of Workload and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable at Pabrik Roti Gepeng ZB. The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 25.00 which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to 30 ZB Flat Bread Factory Employees. The analysis method used in this study is using an instrument test, namely validity and reliability tests. Classical assumption tests are normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, linear regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis (R2), hypothesis test is T test and path analysis. The results of SPSS in this study are workload has no influence on employee performance, work environment has an influence on employee performance, workload has an influence on employee work motivation, work environment has an influence on work motivation, work motivation has no influence on employee performance, workload has an influence on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable, and work environment has no influence on employee performance through work motivation as an intervenning variable.
