PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, MOTIVASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT. SHOPEE EXPRESS KOTA TEBING TINGGI

This study aims to determine the effect of communication, motivation, and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Shopee Express Tebing Tinggi City. The background of this research highlights the importance of effective communication, high work motivation, and a conducive work environment in enhancing employee job satisfaction. The research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 45 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R²), and hypothesis testing consisting of t-test (partial test) and F-test (simultaneous test), processed with SPSS version 25.00. The results show that communication (X1) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y). Motivation (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y). Likewise, the work environment (X3) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y). Simultaneously, the three independent variables—communication (X1), motivation (X2), and work environment (X3)—significantly influence employee job satisfaction (Y). Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that improving effective communication, good work motivation, and a comfortable and supportive work environment can enhance employee job satisfaction at PT. Shopee Express Tebing Tinggi City.
