PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN UMKM MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN DI KECAMATAN TEBING TINGGI KOTA

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee performance in food and beverage MSMEs in Tebing Tinggi Kota District. The research employs a quantitative method using SPSS version 25.00, based on data collected from questionnaires distributed to 50 employees of food and beverage MSME in the Tebing Tinggi Kota District.The analytical methods used in this study include instrument testing (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R²), and hypothesis testing using the t-test and F-test.The results of the SPSS analysis show that the Transformational Leadership Style (X1) variable has no significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), and the Work Motivation (X2) variable also has significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). However, the F-test results indicate that the Transformational Leadership Style (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) variables jointly have significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).
