ANALISIS PERANCANGAN SISTEM PEMESANAN JASA FOTOGRAFI BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA BISNIS DEPICTWORKS FOTOGRAFI

Depictworks is a professional photography brand offering both indoor and outdoor photo services. Up until now, the booking process at Depictworks has been handled manually via direct messages or face-to-face meetings, which often makes it difficult for the business owner to manage customer reservation data effectively. This manual approach is also prone to errors and inefficiencies. To address these challenges, a web-based reservation system was developed to make it easier for clients to book services online, while also helping the business owner organize bookings in a more systematic and manageable way. The presence of this website is also expected to strengthen the professional image and credibility of the Depictworks brand. The system was built using the Agile development methodology, which allows for iterative, flexible, and collaborative work. The design process includes the creation of a Use Case Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), and a user interface (UI/UX) prototype. The website was built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, with MySQL as the database system and XAMPP as the local server environment. The result of this project is a photography service booking website that has been tested and functions properly. This website is expected to be directly utilized by the business owner to support Depictworks’ operational activities in a more digital and efficient manner. This system has made the booking process more efficient and allowed customer data to be managed in a more structured manner.
