Abstract
This research aims to determine "The influence of motivation, work discipline and work enthusiasm on the performance of employees in the security department (at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I PKS Rambutan". The sampling method
used in this research is by using the Simple Random Sampling formula of 30 samples who are employees of the security department of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I PKS Rambutan. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that work motivation has no effect on employee performance. Work discipline has an effect on employee performance. Work morale has an effect on Employee Performance. Work motivation, work discipline and work
enthusiasm simultaneously influence employee performance.
