PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANIZATIONAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA LIM’S HOTEL TEBING TINGGI

The Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable at Lim's Hotel Tebing Tinggi. The influence that we want to know is both direct and indirect influence. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, which is a type of research that aims to explain regularly, factually and accurately about the nature of an object or related population. This study used a sample of 32 people. Sampling was done using Accidental Sampling. The test tools used are Instrument Testing and Path Analysis. Analysis tool using SPSS. From the results of this test, it can be concluded that Organizational Culture (X1) has an influence on Organizational Commitment (Z) at Lim's Hotel Tebing Tinggi, Work Discipline (X2) does not affect Organizational Commitment (Z) at Lim's Hotel Tebing Tinggi, Organizational Culture (X1) has an influence Employee Performance (Y) at Lim's Hotel Tebing Tinggi, Work Discipline (X2) does not influences Employee Performance (Y) at Lim's Hotel Tebing Tinggi, Organizational Commitment (Z) does not affect Employee Performance (Y) at Lim's Hotel Tebing Tinggi, Organizational Culture (X1) does not have a direct effect on Employee Performance (Y) through Organizational Commitment (Z) as an Intervening Variable at Lim's Hotel Tebing Tinggi, Work Discipline (X2) does not have a direct effect on Employee Performance (Y) through Organizational Commitment (Z) as an Intervening Variable at Lim's Hotel Tebing Tinggi.
