PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN SALURAN DISTRIBUSI TERHADAP LOYALITAS KONSUMEN DENGAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi kasus pada Pabrik Tahu Jawa di Jl. Swakarsa Lk. IV Kel. Berohol Kec. Bajenis Kota Tebing Tinggi)

This research aims to test and find out how product quality and distribution channels influence consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The influence you want to know is direct or indirect influence. This type of research is quantitative which describes the location of the variables studied and the influence of one variable on other variables. The population in the study was taken as 96 respondents using the Chocran formula with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method uses SEM based on PLS 3.0, analyzed using outer models, inner models, and hypothesis testing using bootstrapping. The results of this research indicate that product quality does not have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Distribution channels have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality does not have a significant influence on consumer loyalty. Distribution channels have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction does not have a significant influence on consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction is unable to mediate product quality on consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction is not able to mediate distribution channels on consumer loyalty.
