Abstract
This study aims to determine "The Effect of Organisational Culture on Employee Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable at PT Sumber Karindo Sakti". The data analysis technique uses SPSS and the sampling method used in this study is the Slovin formula of 61 samples which are employees of the production department at PT Sumber Karindo Sakti. Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis 1, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Organisational Culture variable (X) has an effect on the Motivation variable (Z). Based on the analysis of hypothesis 2, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Organisational Culture variable (X) affects the Employee Performance variable (Y). Based on the analysis of hypothesis 3, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Motivation variable (Z) has an effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y). Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis 4, it shows that the indirect effect between the Organisational Culture variable (X) on Employee Performance (Y) through Motivation (Z) is rejected rather than the direct effect between the Organisational Culture variable (X) on Employee Performance (Y).
