ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN PROPERTI DAN REAL ESTATE DENGAN MODEL ZMIJEWSKI

This study aims to analyze the Financial Performance of Property and Real Estate Companies Using the Zmijewski Model (X-Score). This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. This study utilizes annual financial reports as a data source. Property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period are the objects of this study. The sampling method with saturation sampling is 20 samples of property and real estate companies. The data analysis technique uses the Zmijewski model (X-Score). The results of this study show the financial performance of the ROA, DR, and CR ratios. If X>0 distress and if X<0 non-distress. From the calculation results, there are 3 samples of companies experiencing distress and 5 companies experiencing fluctuations in financial performance and 12 others in non-distress conditions.
