Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of Work Environment and Work Discipline as well as Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The influence that we want to know is the direct or indirect influence. This type of research is quantitative which describes the location of the variables being studied and the influence of one variable on another. The population of this study involved 30 employees at PT Hutama Marga Waskita, with a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis uses instrument tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study show that: Work Environment has no effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has no effect on Employee Performance, Work Motivation has an effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment, Work Discipline and Work Motivation simultaneously affect Employee Performance.
