PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BADAN KEUANGAN DAN ASET DAERAH KABUPATEN BATU BARA

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, organizational commitment and work experience on employee performance in regional agencies and assets of Batu Bara regency. The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS 25.00 for Windows. Data collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to 42 respondents. The analytical method used in this research uses instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests. Classic assumption tests are normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), hypothesis tests namely T test and F test. The results of SPSS in this research are that the Work Discipline variable has no effect on Employee Performance, The Organizational Commitment variable has an effect on Employee Performance, the Work Experience variable has no effect on Employee Performance, and Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment and Work Experience have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance interest.
