PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI STRES KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA KARYAWAN DECO 100 INDRAPURA

This research aims to find out how workload and work environment influence employee performance with work stress as an intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative approach by taking the case of Deco 100 Indrapura. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The sample consisted of 30 respondents using a saturated/census sampling technique. Research data was obtained using interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS 3.0). The results of Smart PLS 3.0 in this research are: 1) Workload has a significant effect on Job Stress at Deco 100 Indrapura. 2) The work environment does not have a significant effect on work stress at Deco 100 Indrapura. 3) Workload does not have a significant effect on employee performance at Deco 100 Indrapura. 4) The work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance at Deco 100 Indrapura. 5) Job stress has a significant effect on employee performance at Deco 100 Indrapura. 6) Job Stress is able to mediate the influence of Workload on Employee Performance at Deco 100 Indrapura. 7) Job Stress is unable to mediate the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance at Deco 100 Indrapura.
