PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Kasus pada Pegawai Non ASN di Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kota Tebing Tinggi)

This study aims to determine the influence of work environment and work discipline on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative with the help of SPSS 25.00 application, using a total census method of 64 respondents who are nonASN employees of the Housing, Residential Areas and Land Office of Tebing Tinggi City. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to produce the following conclusions: the work environment has a direct effect on work motivation, work discipline does not have a direct effect on work motivation, the work environment does not have a direct effect on employee performance, work discipline does not have a direct effect on employee performance, the work environment has an indirect effect on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable, and work discipline has an indirect effect on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable for non-ASN employees of the Housing, Residential Areas and Land Office of Tebing Tinggi City
