PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN KARYAWAN ROTI KACANG REJA BEO DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

The purpose of this research is to analyze and test the influence of motivation and compensation on employee commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Roti Kacang Reja Beo. The population in this study was all employees of Roti kacang raja beo, namely 37 people. Sampling was carried out using the Saturated Sample Technique. The data source in this research comes from
primary data, namely from the results of questionnaires filled out directly by respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis on the SPSS version 25.00 application. The analytical methods used are Instrument Test, Classic Assumption Test, Linear Regression Test, Determination Coefficient, Hypothesis Test and Path Analysis. The results of this research are that Motivation influences Employee Commitment, Compensation influences Employee Commitment, Motivation influences Job Satisfaction, Compensation influences Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction is unable to mediate the influence between Motivation on Employee Commitment, and Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the influence between Compensation on Commitment.
