Abstract
The objectives of this study are (1). Knowing the respondents' perceptions of the variables of utilization, coaching and employee performance of PT. Sang Hyang Seri (SHS) Tanjung Morawa. (2). Analyzing the effect of utilization and significant on the performance of employees of PT. Sang Hyang Seri (SHS0 Tanjung Morawa. (3). Analyzing
the influence of coaching and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT. Sang Hyang Seri (SHS) Tanjung Morawa. Thus there is a positive and significant relationship between the utilization and development of human resources in improving employee performance in rice seed processing at PT. Sang Hyang Seri (SHS) Tanjung Morawa. The process of hiring employees is carried out selectively, with the hope that the implementation of the company's activities as it should be, so that the company can develop and provide welfare for the company and employees. Efforts to increase work productivity in this company have been taken in various ways, including by paying attention to employee welfare, providing training and coaching.
